What a difference 60 minutes on a massage table can make. The goal for the perfect massage is to have the best atmosphere, amount of oil, pressure, aromatherapy, therapeutic music, and muscle therapy to last for days after the massage. We try to educate you to concentrate on the therapist touch, while listening to the music in the background and breathing in soothing aromatherapy scents. This in turn helps turn the mind off and focus attention on the moment. Resting the mind as well as the body.
